IWS has closed on the acquisition of the commercial and roll off waste service business assets of Golden Sanitation of Lynhurst, New Jersey.

This growth acquisition is just another of our investments in the future and growth of the company focused on a key market and enhancing  both the size and scope of our business  in Northern New Jersey, as well as our profitability. Our team in Jersey City will be integrating Golden into our New Jersey Market Area business unit and it will result in some new personnel coming onboard from Golden to support this strategic acquisition.
