Bruce Brotherton is an innovative business manager with 25 years of proven management experience. He has had an extensive career in the waste service industry beginning within his family’s collection and disposal company near Cleveland, Ohio. His career advanced with BFI where he served as Northeast Area Vice President and Corporate Manager of Market Assessment for Allied Waste. Brotherton joined IWS in 2009 as NJ Market Area VP. Bruce’s responsibilities include overseeing the collection and transfer operations located throughout northern NJ. He has utilized his Associated Degree in Business Administration and Six Sigma Certification to facilitate team building and problem solving initiatives to support customer advocacy.

Brotherton enjoys outdoor activities with his family including boating, hiking and snowmobiling.
